In love with the fabric

Ordered the Duchess Satin and was not disappointed, it looks great and feels great very good quality was even asked where I bought it from and was happy to share. Took about a week from Purchase to shipping to delivery which wasn’t bad to be honest. Would order again.

Missing order

My order was dispatched on the 19 October and the delivery tracking app shows is still out for delivery. I have sent numerous emails but there has not been any response, not even an acknowledgement. I have spent £88 on the material and need it for my dressmaker. I'm very disappointed as I all other reviews are 5 stars
