I received the incorrect item at first. I emailed the Elks and I got a response very quickly. They sent me a link to print out a return mail label. I put the item in the mail on a Friday and the Elks received it Monday. On Tuesday, I got the correct item. The item is a Christmas present, but it looks great. Although, I got the incorrect item at first, it was resolved so quickly and I would like to thank the Elks for great customer service.
