Original & Gourmet: Classics

I am a big fan of ItaliaSquisita on YouTube. Truly authentic and inventive nuova cucina - the book is sharing all of these traditional and new takes with Italy’s top chefs. Many items will not be readily available - even in big cities like San Francisco - but italuaSqisita showcases chefs who are as much performance artists as cooks. My only regret is that many recipes are also in the 2 volume IS Pasta books.

I’ve tried some of the recipes and they were so good even my picky child liked it

It's a refreshingly unique cookbook in that it presents different takes on the same dish that are still all authentic.
