Got here and looking burnt from maybe a press, has a rustic or bleached look to it. I’ve contacted the company 2 times and never got a response

The packaging was very damaged and open. The shirt was half way out of the bag when delivered. It also looked like it was color stained from the heat and the top part was brownish black. The look of the shirt was nice tho and the material is good.
