Great compression running pants

This is my second pair of IO Merino compression leggings and they are great. They have not lost shape after much use, they are comfortable, breathable, suitably compressing. They don’t go transparent like polyesters sometimes do. I don’t have any issue with them being hot like some others have mentioned, but then I live in a cold climate (Victoria). Most importantly, they are a natural fibre, not plastic. We need to quit our plastic dependency, clothing is a great place to start. Highly recommended.

So soft

I love IO Merino products as I have the idea of buying more plastic. These are so soft and the compression is fabulous. I might just have to wait for cooler weather before full review is given.

Good if it’s really cold

These are great if it’s really cold but I find them too hot and irritating if the weather is warmer - say 15 degrees. I’d also love them more if the waist was a smidge higher. I have to pull them up a few times when running. A great product but a bit less versatile for me than other IO lines.
