Relaxation and sleep
I bought Water for relaxation and sleep. The changing water sounds (rain, waves) allows me to let go of the stress of life and deeply relax. Because I'm a visual person, I also imagine that I'm relaxing in a small cave by the shore on a deserted island. Sometimes I hear the rain outside, sometimes I hear the waves crashing onto the shore. This adds to my relaxation response. I always set my intention (relax, sleep). Strangely enough, Water also stimulates intense dreaming all through the night. When I wake in the morning, I feel refreshed and ready to start the day.

Worked for me.
I liked this CD. It helps me get to sleep. The background noise just sounded like wind to me & didn't distract me from the effects of the water. My other CD, Cosmic Womb, is another good one to go to sleep to. Sacred Lullaby was not helpful in going to sleep as I found the vocals too distracting as others have said in their reviews.
