Horrible experience. Shipping was a disaster and was weeks late. I always seemed to get different answers from customer service each time. There's no option to call and talk to someone. You have to email and then I'd wait up to a week for a response. They did end up discounting it for the late arrival, but I had needed it weeks prior for a room. Sofa in general is nice, but not very comfortable. Definitely a lot of money for what you get. I would never order furniture from them again and I'd just stick to home decor.
