Your customer service was a terrific help. she figured out exactly which case I needed to fit my new tablet. It arrived is just a few days and it fit perfectly. Now I just have to start using it.

The best protective case, no doubt! Love the fact that the stylus can be stored in a position that allows it to be charged simultaneously. All other cases I've seen do not have that capability. My ONLY gripe is with the volume buttons. The volume down button works seamlessly but that volume up button requires at least triple the force to make it work. Don't let this deter you from purchasing this item, though. The peace of mind I have knowing that my device is protected is worth the difficulty of adjusting the volume every now and then.
