The lovely people at Rosa and Bo kindly substituted the BUNNY for the OWL after a very naughty family puppy chewed the ears off the bunny!! (The owl was much better at hiding than the other Woodlies, so never got chewed!) Laura was so helpful and everything was organised and replaced in a matter of days much to the delight of my grand-daughter. The best customer service I have ever had.
