Fragrance Free Option is Wonderful for Sensitive Skin

I have been using SEEN Products for about 4 years now and love it. Especially that I suffer with Alopecia which causes hair loss and sensitivity.

Hydrating, luxury haircare

As a sufferer from dermatitis on my hands, fragrance free is essential to me. This shampoo and conditioner is the only one I’ve found to feel like luxury haircare. It lathers so well, you need a tiny amount and I have thick hair past my shoulders. even with a double shampoo, the 250 ml lasts me 6 months. Hair feels clean and smells clean without fragrance. I tried the deeper conditioner as a sample and it was so hydrating so bought the bigger one. As soon as it’s on your hair it feel hydrated and looks less frizzy and dry after multiple uses. Would recommend to anyone with skin sensitivities

Horrible customer service!!

Horrible horrible customer service for a small business! My daughter and I are longtime loyal Seen customers. When they increased the prices unless you subscribed, I had all my products on subscription through Amazon so I didn’t sign up. When I saw the price increase took place on Amazon a week later I contacted customer service as was told if I subscribed to all the products through here and contacted them, they would refund the difference and apply it to the subscription moving forward. I did that for two orders totaling over 200 then emailed at least 7x and almost three weeks later no response!!! Super disappointed and do NOT feel “Seen”!!!! Will be looking to move our hair routine elsewhere to a company that doesn’t bait and switch.
