Gents Full Deluxe Kilt Black Watch

Thanks for the kilt. If I was to change anything it would be the the over layer of the kilt. Once the top layer gets fastened to the 2 buckles on the right, the kilt frail from top to bottom should be folded in and sewing up so it doesn't look cheap and unfinished. A normal kilt doesn't have this frail on the right.
