I applied the flakes over a super dark glossy green dip powder. A beautiful effect like a black opal. Love it. Next will do the pale pink flakes over sheer/ clear pink.

I ordered four different colours of these flakes & they are beautiful. i put them on the tacky layer of a base coat. i love them.
