Rugby Strength Program
The program is more advanced than I thought, but the explanation at the beginning was very simple and intuitive. My only wish is for the program to have rest times for all exercises. Overall I love the program and always feel amazing afterwards. It’s perfectly challenging and I have enjoyed learning new exercises.

Review of GS rugby program
My overall experience of the program has been positive, it has allowed me to become more explosive, with more “body armour” and now I have been injured/ sore after matches. On the other hand I would like to have known what percentages of 1 rm or a scale of RPE to use as a load

My expectations were met.
My normal hypertrophy style training was not optimal for the demanding full body physicality of rugby. But this program incorporated various movements that helped me with mobility and overall strength where it was needed.
