Baroque Pearl Bailey Necklace

I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful pearl necklace. The first order was broken… the strand holding the pearls together was broken (pearls all over). I requested a replacement. They sent me a pre-paid label. I got the replacement but, it appeared to be the same broken necklace in a different box. I’ve been trying to reach the company but my emails and calls have been ignored.
