Solidly built, but identically keyed

The build quality of this lock is exceptional. I was disappointed to learn that it comes out-of-the-box with both sides keyed alike. The security model of a dual custody lock is that it requires two individuals, each with their own unique key to open the lock. In my humble opinion, this is almost completely subverted if either individual can simply copy his key to open the second lock. The argument of key blank control is meaningless in this age of 3D printers. I could, of course, replace one of the cores, but, for the price of this lock, I certainly shouldn't have to do that.
