The experience was smooth. Kennedy Violins called when I made a mistake on my order and recommended that I change the order. I had ordered fine tuning pegs and regular fine tuners but they told me I only need the pegs and one fine tuner for the E string, and I am so glad I went with that recommendation because I had never used fine tuning pegs before. So I didn't know what to expect. They were so accommodating and the violing itself is beautiful! Lovely big sound, resonance, and a significant upgrade from my previous one. I am very happy with the service and would buy from them again.

kennedy Violins is the best. I bought a cheaper violin to see if I enjoyed violin, which I did. I returned that model after 45 days and up graded to a better violin. The salesman was very helpful and friendly. I got full value for the first violin and they helped me with the setup on the upgrade. Shipping and everything was easy.

the Vitacek Master is a great buy. It has a vintage vibe to it with its small pac marks, stain shadings, and hand brushed finish. Its solid back and tight construction make the resonance and tone shine. To me it's like dancing with a beautiful woman that can dance better than you can, really.
