Decent but flawed

Unfortunately, this hat did not meet my expectations. I bought this because I have another Cooperstown Collection '47 hat that I really like. And although the two are the same style, this one is a bit smaller. The bill of this hat is small and awkward as well. It seems like it was made for a toddler. When wearing the hat, I can feel the corners of the bill pinching into my skull instead of fitting around my head. Because of this, I can only wear it for a short period of time or else my head will start to hurt. Again, it wasn't like this on my older hat of the same style. Lastly, there's a tag stitched on the inside that has sharp corners and they annoyingly poke into my head. I would take the tag off but it’s stitched around the entirety of the tag. Overall, the quality of the hat seems really good, especially the stitching on the logos. But this doesn't make up for the lack of comfort. Had I noticed these flaws before taking the tags off, I would have returned or exchanged it for something else.
