The strap design needs attention
I wanted to love this backpack and was so excited to receive it in the mail! It is so beautiful and exactly what I wanted. However, it quite literally hurts to wear. I am very petite (under 5'0") and I have to wear the straps all the way tightened and it is still too big. On top of that, the metal buckles of the straps dig directly into my shoulders. On a taller person, the strap would likely contact your shoulder on the actual strap, but if you're short, the metal clasp is where the weight is. I could loosen the straps but then the backpack would actually be near my hips and not on my actual back. It feels like this product was designed with people who are likely a foot taller than me. It is painful and disappointing and will be returned.
