I have used the high impact clear and loved the outcome so I did my wife's car and she wanted matte so I wanted something good and I have tried several different brands so I decided to try tamco and all I have to say is that from now on I will use tamco clears on all my jobs. The matte laid out so smooth some people thinks it's a wrap.

Extremely Pleased

In this world now and days, you just never know what you are going to get. I have friends that have horror stories about a wipe-on clear (won’t say the name) and some that have sprayed other matte clears. I went with Tamco…. The one gallon matte clear coat kit. The product went on my 56 Chevy Resto-mod build like I was a complete pro. I final wet sanded the car with 800gt. I used Harbor Fr’s best HTE gun and wow! The finish came out exactly how I envisioned. I called the company THAT day just gushing. It’s been a week now and I’ve had my Hotrod buddies over - this was my first attempt at a patina themed car… my guys were SHOCKED. The matte isn’t very reflective yet not completely flat. In my opinion it’s perfect!!!!! Laid on the car like silk. If you are wondering if it covers the wet sanding marks…. YES! It’s literally perfect. Thanks you Tamco!!!!!
