My stick arrived less than 24 hours from ordering. I needed a more comfortable handle as my old stick was making my hand hurt. This new stick is not only stylish, it's comfy to hold. Add to that their very fast response to emails and queries, an all round winner.

It’s comfortable grip, and rubber bottom that doesn’t clank as you walk and the fantastic design are my favourite details. On my first outing with my new stick I got stopped with compliments on it, a colleague has taken details to purchase her own too. Thank you ☺️
