love my books - had an issue with local courier trying to deliver to my po box on good friday and easter monday which are public holidays - never saw the order again for weeks despite trying to communicate with local courier - could not speak to a human - all chat IP - impossible - ended up following up with Leyadoll who were sympathetic and eventually refilled my order and dispatched to my home address which arrived as it should - happy with the eventual outcome.
