I have not experienced Tom Ford Soleil Blanc so I can not comment on how similar Powdery Coconut is to it. However, I can start by saying this fragrance is delightful! It has a little spice, but also a smooth creaminess. It is just so so good. I have a few perfumes and I just keep reaching for this. It lasts well on me, around 6 - 8 hours or so, lingers on clothing as well. Honestly just a pleasant, comforting scent, I want to hug someone who smells like this.

I love this scent, however I have found it better to layer with other scents, especially heavier winter scents to lighten them for spring
