Used these twice to make sourdough bread and it came out great. Did use parchment paper but will try without next time. No discoloration of the pans so far. Minus one star since the edges of the pan were slightly rough and I had to use sandpaper to smooth them out. Same “minor” issue with edges on jelly roll pan.

I love this pan. It distributes the heat well is easy to clean.

The loaf pan is better than I expected, very heavy, sturdy, backed cornbread turned out great, would recommend, worth the price and no plastic
