Wanting to give 5 stars so much

Honestly, this piece is beautiful, no doubt about it. However, being male, I found it very difficult with the clasp, and quite gutting after speaking to Melanie, that Male clasps aren't really catered for here. Customer service though is amazing. Very friendly and honest. So the only thing that's lost this product a star from my personal opinion, is simply the clasp. It's just too small for a males fingers sadly.
