Never received this order

We ordered one that was too big, and they were outstanding with the exchange. However, the smaller harness arrived with a tear/rip in it. We called to notify them within 4 hours of delivery. They required us to send a picture which we did. According to them it was a chew mark, even though my dog NEVER wore.
Wanted $15 to fix it, we already spent $10 shipping the large harness back bc they do not provide shipping labels.
We gave up bc at this rate we should have bought a Ray Allen harness with all the extra money we were spending.

We ordered a size too large and they were great to exchange it. However, the correct size we ordered came in with a rip in it. We called not even fours after it was delivered to let them know. They required us to send a picture of the damage which we did. They said it looked like a chew mark even though our dog never even wore it. We have a brand new harness that is damaged 👎
