Freeze Dried Cauliflower Pearls

This is a great product

We purchased the Cauliflower pearls once and liked them so much we have ordered them again several times. We just wish there was a size between this size the the next size up but it is a quality product and we still buy it every time we need more. We'd love to be able to get a 3lb size.

Convenient and versatile

I've found these to be useful in a bunch of ways. Mostly I eat them as is (I love freeze dried things) or throw them into a savory trail mix. I like to blend cauliflower into my smoothies and sometimes I use this when I don't have any fresh cauliflower on hand. I recently tried reconstituting them in hot water and they turned out tasting very nice, just like fresh cooked cauliflower. Total lifesaver for living in a dorm with no kitchen.

Wonderful cauliflower!

It tastes delicious, just like fresh. It's great in soups stews and beyond, and makes a yummy snack as well. It reconstitutes well, and doesn't turn mushy.
