Upright Walker-Series T

Would have given a 5 but a defect occurred immediately after assembly and few uses. Needing assistance standing and walking after a spinal cord surgery the loss of my left hand to grip a regular walker the rollator is perfect for allowing the left arm to settle in the arm rest .The delivery was fast and the assembly a breeze also. Other than that one flaw which customer service is rapidly resolving is a plus on why this is a great medical breakthrough for those who want to be able to contribute to your walking experience. Still trying to find out the braking for locking the wheels when attempting to stand up without using a wall or family member to hold it steady also getting it to close up to the way it does on the pamphlet, but I just received it so those finds will come soon. Great aide for me on my recovery to walk again. Covered by certain insurances but its reasonably priced without it.I actually made a great investment and decision with this amazing rollator walker.

Very happy with our purchase of the upright rollator. It has made outside traveling much easier. It took the pressure off of my husband’s knees and hips.
