My mug just arrived so I couldn't answer 3 days ago when you asked for a rating. This will be my second mug. I haven't used it yet but will comment on my first. I love that it is a substantial size so I don't need to refill as often. I love that it keeps my water very cold without producing any condensation on the outside. The handle is also a comfortable and easy fit. What I don't like and why I purchased another is the amount of discoloration on the inside. Is that normal? Should I just expect it in my new one? I hope not. Its very unappealing.
