Poor customer service

I ordered 5 items from Girder. I received 3 with no explanation. When I reached out to them, they said they were out of stock on the other 2 items. I asked for a refund to my credit card but they would only give me store credit, meaning I have to pay for shipping twice when I used the store credit. Terrible customer service. Why would I ever order from them again?
