Distinct delicious aroma

I started making vanilla extract in January so I don't know how any of my batches are going to turn out yet but I can say that I opened the Hawaiian beans and they smelled amazing. In my mind, I thought they were same as the Madagascar beans but then I opened Madagascar beans right next to them and I was amazed that they both had very distinct delicious aromas that were indeed different from one another. I used my Hawaiian vanilla beans with Ocean vodka to carry on the Hawaiian theme.

This is the first time I ordered Hawaiian vanilla beans. They smell delicious. My extract is already made. It’s going to be hard to wait 6 months for it to be ready.
