Duette™ Dual Electric Breast Pump

Works well, and such a great price and value for $100!

The value on this pump is excellent. I used it for my first after trying at least 4 other Medela pumps (the Symphony in the hospital, and 3 other hand-me-down pumps from friends). This was comparable to the Medela Symphony (the hospital grade pump) in performance but WAY better in so many ways: 1) it has two motors so the suction pressure doesn't drop off when you double pump like I found it did with the Medela home model single motor ones. 2) you can set the speed AND suction strength independent of each other (vs the Medela pumps they both change when you + the level) ....AND you can make a custom program with your own settings. It does require some effort to set it up since it just remembers the sequence/strength in real time as you set it, but it is great once you've done it. (It's not app-controlled like some of the more expensive pumps.) 3) it's got a visual display with a timer (I always forget to check when I started) 4) Battery life is decent. I used it all day for 8 x 15 min pumping sessions before it needed to be recharged. 5) USB-C charging is so convenient. You don't need to carry around a specific cable for it since you've probably got several USB-C devices in your life already. (Though I did find that one of my plug-in bricks was not strong enough to charge it, but the solution was just using a different brick that was rated for higher power devices) Overall for $100 sale price, the value is OUTSTANDING. I have recommended it to all of my friends!

Small but Mighty!

This pump is very gentle! Love that the settings vary on both sides, with the ability to pump in a single or dual mode. Yes, this pump is tiny, rechargeable, and definitely great for the price! It empties very well, and usually in half the time. I got my usual output in 15 minutes!

Portable and customizable

I really wanted to love this pump but unfortunately only one side responded. I appreciate its portability and that you can adjust settings for each side independently. The silicone cushions are a little difficult to clean fully, especially as they recommend not using a bottle brush. It’s hard to get the valve part clean, which is probably why it’s separate on most other pumps. I also like that the bottles are short. I wish this pump worked for me!
