C'est mon sirop d'érable préféré. Cette compagnie propose trois variétés différentes, et j'apprécie ce choix car je l'utilise dans plusieurs recettes et j'adore en mettre sur mon gruau cuit au petit-déjeuner. Je remplace le sucre par du sirop d'érable. De plus, j'ai grandi à Carleton-sur-Mer, à seulement quelques kilomètres d'Escuminac, et je connais bien le travail que représente la production de ce sirop. This is my favorite maple syrup, this company gives you three different types of maple syrup and I love the choice because I use it in many recipes and I love it on my cooked oats for breakfast. I use maple syrup instead of sugar. I grew up in Carleton-sur-Mer just a few kilometres from Escuminac and am familiar with the work that goes into producing this product.
