Pure Luxury. I purchased the Well-being Pod For Christmas with the intentions of splitting it up and giving the pods out individually to family members. We’ll, I just couldn’t, I really couldn’t decide which one I liked most ti keep and use, so I kept them all!! The smell in my house is just amazing, the portable one in the bathroom whilst taking a shower/small is so lovely, so relaxing and smells so fresh! The design is minimalistic which I love and the colour will fit into any room. The other two pods are positioned in the lounge and the bedroom both fit beautifully into my decor and as I said, just smell amazing! Don’t hesitate to buy…..such a gorgeous product, well made and so stylish.

Review not for website

Firstly I don't want this review on the website please. This is for the NEOM team only. I am really disappointed - with order and with the service. I still do not have my full order after almost a month. I have been sent an incomplete Wellbeing Pod LUXE as part of the Family set, yet I have been made to jump through hoops to prove that a part was missing and the onus entirely on me to prove your item was deficient. Each email has demanded more images/ batch numbers when you could have just asked for it all in one go. I don't reply for a few days because I have a very busy job and taking yet another image of the unit when I'm travelling is not convenient, and my ticket is closed. Really shocking service and feel for the customer service staff as I think they feel awkward too. Add to that - I think I may be allergic to the oils... they make my throat close up and I can only have the pods on in small doses and the smaller pod using pure oils is hard to take. Never had this with any other natural oils - I am a user of organic and non-organic Aromantic oils and have never had a problem. Due to this and experience, I cannot recommend.
