Awesome product if you like a little BLING & Outstanding Customer Service!

Ordering online can sometimes be a little daunting, however I found the ‘SPARKLE & LUX’ site easy to navigate and my order went through smoothly!! Unfortunately there was an issue with post & delivery, through NO FAULT at all of ‘SPARKLE & LUX’, gotta love Aussie post!! I was desperate for the order of 5 can/stubbie holders to arrive for a special event, when the date was approaching and I hadn’t received any notifications from Australia Post I began to worry they were not going to make it in time. I contacted Pauline and she went ‘above and beyond’ to ensure a whole new order arrived (by express post) prior to the required date, and they did arriving one day before I needed them. Oh, and the original order arrived the day after the event!! Pauline was so lovely, even trusting that I would return the original package once it arrived!! But, I love the product so much I’m transferring the $$ and keeping the spares….. they make fab gifts 🙏🙏❤️
