Oaxacan Chilli Pepper
I was amazed to find the Oaxacan Chili Pepper when visiting Sullivan Street Tea and Spice. These peppers were really fresh and aromatic. I use these peppers when cooking a beef dish e.g. flank steak or brisket that allow the time to cook in the flavor. Enjoy

Oaxacan Chili Peppers
Hard to find and they are a special chili pepper. Rick Bayless has an awesome Oaxacan Chili Pepper salsa with these.
