Custom Battery for an ASUS STRIX X-299E- Gaming 2

Custom connector that ASUS couldn't even offer when their product failed because no one added a CMOS batter to the board and ASUS would not warranty the MOBO for reasons which after 35 years of using ASUS I'm no longer buying their motherboards. Thanks to Rome Tech it appears to have resolved the issue... Fantastic.

I searched in vain on Lenovo's website, Amazon, and various forums for the proper model of CMOS battery for my Lenovo laptop. A Rome Tech customer service person went to considerable pains identify the part and take my order. A really good experience. Who says customer service is dead?

Ordered battery from Amazon. Some how it turned out to be wrong battery. I called Rome Tech. The technician I worked with spoke English as his native language. He helped me identify the correct battery and arranged for an exchange. Super great customer service!
