Reishi Mushroom Extract Powder (60 gr)

Great product

I find Reishi to be quite bitter, but this one has worked well to brew into my coffee. I add it to the coffee grounds in my pour over and have been able to slowly increase the amount I can add without it tasting too bitter. I’m happy to have this as one of my tools for soothing my nervous system!

I noticed great results with my first dose which was taken just before bedtime. I slept better than I had in a long while. It mixed well with warm water and even though I like the taste alone, I often add my favourite squeeze of fresh lemon and grated ginger. I will buy it again 🌸

The taste was too bitter, not sure if I felt the benefits fully but has some effect
