Very Pleased

I am so very pleased with both the bracelet and experience with Orous Jewelw (my first). The bracelet itself is beautiful and just what I was hoping it would be. Vijay was in constant communication through the production of my bracelet, advising of next steps and sending me both a CAD and video once it was done. Shipping was super quick and it arrived safely to the US. I had a bit of an issue with the clasp at first but finally figured it out. I probably won’t be taking it off as it’s difficult to put on one-handed. Would very much recommend the bracelet and company! I only wish I could upload a photo with my review.

The tennis bracelet arrived on time and is absolutely beautiful—just what I was hoping for. I had a small issue figuring out the clasp, but customer service was quick to respond with helpful video instructions. I own other pieces from Ouros and continue to be impressed with the quality and support. Highly recommend!
