In a day and age when customer service seems to be nonexistant, included with my order was a personal, handwritten note that took time, care, and effort. I cannot express how much that gesture is appreciated. They also checked the nib and added in the personal initials for the pen - a bonus that made me tear up with gratitude! I love everything about this pen! I can honestly say that the customer service I received from Emy made the experience so much better! He took the time to carefully tune the nib before sending it to me with a handwritten note and even added a personal detail to my pen that I greatly appreciated. The pen writes incredibly smooth and wet. Shipping was quick and the pen was well packaged. Overall, one of the best pen and customer services I've ever had.
