Stetson Sol

I found this beautiful Stetson hat at a shop in park city and it was $300! I have been looking for a new job and working a couple of part time gigs so funds are limited. One could argue that this hat is definitely a want but to my soul it was a need. I did a google image search to see if I could find it somewhere for a little less and I found it for almost half as much at a sweet boutique in Texas, Petticoat Junction. I knew it was meant to be! I ordered it and did not realize that I needed to pick it up. Since I live in Utah, that was impossible so I messaged the shop and the response was so quick! They said that they would just send me an invoice for the shipping. Great! When I got the invoice, Shopify wanted to charge me $15 for the $10 shipping. So I messaged the shop again to see if I could just Venmo the shipping cost. I understand they’re a small business and need to watch their costs. However, their response was so sweet! They apologized for the inconvenience and said they already shipped the hat out and to not worry about the shipping fee. I received my beautiful hat with a sweet note and I will wear this hat knowing that this boutique did such a kind thing for me. It has been a really hard year and to receive this hat has been such a fresh start to a new year. Thank you so much for your kindness and amazing customer service!! I will definitely be shopping your boutique from Utah again!
