Serrano Pepper Flakes

I was hoping they had some more heat.

Absolutely love this!! Since finding out I need to follow a special diet I was using fresh jalapeno pepper for spice in my food Since black pepper is one of the things I have had to cut with no heat this allows me to keep consistent heat with whatever dish I'm making without any surprises of zero heat to scorching your taste bud's this allows me to choose my heat for my crowd.

I love serranos and these flakes are delicious! They've got that bright citrusy flavor but also that vegetal flavor I love. I put them on everything. The hardest part of my meal is deciding which Sonoran flakes I'm going to use.. they are all so good!
