Van Halen Pride and Joy Tee

Horrible customer service. Ordered in the middle of December of last year and it just arrived yesterday. Reached out to them and after two weeks went by without it being shipped and they responded with, these aren’t going to be shipped out till mid January. Tried to respond after I received that email and my email wouldn’t go through in which I requested a refund since the item didn’t ship, which lead me to believe they blocked my email. I have the emails to back up my statement, will never purchase another item from them.
