Safe and Secure!
Very substantial. I used mine this past weekend. I was comfortable enough to leave my trailer in a hotel parking lot. I had to leave it there during the day four days in a row. I think its looks would be deterrent enough, but It would also take a thief quite some time to defeat this lock!

2517-C & 2516-GP Difficulties
Bought a 2517-C lock to secure my 2017 Haulmark edge race trailer made by Universal. Has a fulton style trailer couple. The 2517-C doesn't fit. The throat is 3/8" of an inch to short. It hits the latch and the outer flats of the stamping on the coupler. A few cuts and some touch up paint and all is well. The powder coat/paint they use is marginal at best. Didn't look like proper prep work was done and it came off too easily. The 2516-GP has the same picture for fitment and might be better for this style coupler and admittedly I didn't give Proven a chance to tell me as I was in a rush to get the trailer off my property and to storage. Lastly a grinder will go through these as quickly as a lock. They should line the inside with something to clog up a cutting wheel if it exists. Ceramic lining?
