Poor beacon
Since you asked.. This is my second beacon. The first got rained on and is now bricked. It worked flawlessly prior to the water damage that killed it. This beacon tracks poorly. Cannot connect at least HALF the time, and loses connection easily. I have verified latest update. When it does track, all the buttons require repeated button pushing before Skydio2 reacts. It makes drone operation so hard that I just don’t bring the drone with me anymore. On one overcast day, the drone absolutely would not acquire me, even using the beacon. Not even from hand launch.

Exchage
As soon as I got this beacon, I found my old one which is also brend new. Can I return the one I got it recently and exchange for 2 battery. I had 2 battery which does not charge and your support team couldn’t help. So can I exchange these items. Packing box is not even opend.

Solved all mt Beacon Issues!!
This new 2+ Beacon has solved all the issues I had with the first one that came with my Skydio2 before it quit entirely after trying to upgrade the firmware!! First one must have been a lemon to begin with!!
