Duties and Taxes paid by me

I had to pay 15 Euros to DHL for duties and taxes. No information about this on the website and terms. They said at the check out. Can’t remember if there was something. This should be in your shipping terms. Doesn’t make sense to pay 50 % of the value for shipping and taxes.
