I really like the company and what it stands for, but for me personally yaupon isn't my thing. Highly recommend either way.

I've recently decided to change my coffee consumption to tea to reduce acid and the jitters. I also love buying local! I've tried black teas, green teas, flavored teas, white teas and more. This is one that doesn't make me fill sick, doesn't give me the jitters, and tastes good with a little stevia.
I've tried three different producers. One from Florida, one from near Dallas, but, Lost Pines from the Austin, TX region has the best in ny opinion.
If you've never tried it before - they have a bagged variety. I prefer loose leaf for larger preparation myself. And the Dark roast is definitely my favorite.
