Beautiful but side stone broke

My finance and I eloped, so when we bought the ring, I didn’t wear it as it we were waiting to announce our marriage until after the elopement. We got married on 4/20, and then a couple of days later I noticed a stone to the side of the center stone was missing. I immediately took my ring off and when we got back to our home town, I fed exed the ring back on April 25th. The company was immediately responsive to my email and gave instructions on how to send it back for repairs. But as of yet, the ring hasn’t been delivered(obviously that’s on fed ex) but I’m annoyed and frustrated because I’m without my ring and stressing over the quality. What happens if another stone falls out? The ring is gorgeous, but I’m unsure if I made the right choice in purchasing. $1,500.00 isn’t a ton of money, but for someone on a budget, it is. I really just want my ring to be perfect and to get to wear it. So hoping everything turns out ok. But their customer service has been great from the very start.
