Audubon Egret Pendant

I love it! My dad passed away when my kids were younger. On the way to school we would always see egrets in the canals in Mandeville. I would tell them Podnuh sent his friend to tell you have a good day at school. We called them “Walking Birds” and made up a song we sang. When my son got to LSU he told a friend to look at the walking bird and his friend had no idea what he was talking about. He said “I think we are the only ones who call them a walking bird. ” Made my heart full. Will be a treasured piece!
