I originally purchased the pink strap then the black one, they were for myself. The green one was for my daughter, there was an issue with that one. I sent a photo of the strap and reported the issue, within a day it was reviewed and a new one was sent. My daughter was really happy as this was part of her Christmas present. I am really happy with my straps and will possibly order more in the future. Great Work 🙂

Magnet is not strong, it loosens on normal daily use

Beautiful and feels great, but Expect the strap to loose as the magnet can't stay put with normal wear, not even doing any physical activities.
