The customer service experience was not so great. Even if you are fulfilling orders through a 3rd party, you should offer customers either a staffed phone line or customer service text option for questions, concerns, or to check order status. That aside the prints and framing were great. They were better than expected and came within the time frame I requested which was also appreciated. I would order again.

Love them. Next time I will try to order larger sizes. ( That's on me ) Super happy with this company!
